Dedispec is commited to the health and safety of both our staff and clients, that is why we are closely monitoring and following all safety and health guidelines provided by government agencies and public officials. We have taken quick action in order to make sure business operations may continue while putting in place additional safety measures with our staff, vendors and any other partners. Below are a few updates to what has changed, as well as any tempoary impacted services that we offer.
A majority of our staff is now working remotely whenever possible, leaving only the staff that are critical to facilities and client services on-site.
At this time, any clients that need to physically access their service for repairs, troubleshooting, or other forms of maintenance will need to work with our staff to have it completed. During this time, we'll temporarily suspend remote hands fees for a majority of tasks, and larger tasks will have discounted fees. For clients sending equipment for colocation needs, we ask that you ship it to our facility, we will not be allowing any in-person deliveries or setups tempoarily.
Lastly, we are temporarily suspending the build-outs of custom dedicated servers in our Texas location. We hope to keep this as temporary as possible, and to resume operations soon. Pre-built dedicated servers in Texas are still available and deployed automatically.
